uchuva is like a grape...i mean, you put it in your mouth and seems like a mini mini grape. it´s yellow, bright yellow, it´s sweet and sour,(more sour),and people use it for marmalades, for ex. if you eat cheese fingers, usually you have 2 sides: uchuva sauce or grapefruit sauce.
well,i can spend hours talking about colombian fruits, but i feel a little shame because u can´t eat that!!!maybe you can come here, and try toooo many exotic fruits, like corozos,tamarindo,granadillas,mamoncillos.................i´m going to search some pictures, and then to make some palettes to show you both colombian fruits!
ps: my fav is mango (green mango with lemmon, salt and pepper)its awesome!

Also, when I searched for 'uchuva', I found that we have them here in Canada, although purely as an import. I know them as 'gooseberries', which is a sort of catch-all word used to describe many different kinds of fruit that have nothing to do with each other, other than being medium-small and rounded.
I love peeling back the paper; the berries are always so perfect and bright. I'm not sure what they are like when you can pick them fresh; a lot of the imported fruit in Canada has been shipped while underripe, since it's the only way it will survive the trip. So when you eat them here, they have sort of a thin/clear/sharp taste that is also a little bit like melon, and a little bit like starfruit. I had actually not thought of them when making this pattern, but you've given me an idea for another one. :)

I don't know much about uchuvas except from what I've googled about them. LOL! It's disappointing that there are so many beautiful and exotic fruits in the world and I've only consumed a very small sample of them. Did you know that there are literally THOUSANDS of different types of apples? It would take a lifetime to try them all. I'm very impressed that you've never even studied English and yet you write it flawlessly. I am American and speak English daily yet I always mess up the grammar.
Estudié Español por cinco años pero no soy bueno. ¡Jaja! ¿Cómo es que?

i loooove to hear that, because i´ve never studied english.....
