Oh, Honnalee

I have a couple of compilation CD's I made, and one of them has Lemon Tree on it. I love Peter, Paul, and Mary, and folk music in general!

I'm not super proficient in any of the drawing programs, and sometimes I have access to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and sometimes I don't, so I (attempt to) use GIMP or Inkscape, and after a while I'm confused how to do anything in any program!

I'm hoping eventually it will all just settle into the appropriate place in my brain...

Oh, so much sympathy for the Seamless frustrations! It really shocks me sometimes, the difference between the internal display and the external. (I have been heard to murmur vile imprecations.) My big hates are truncating lines, the 'dotted' line and suddenly insufficient overlap.

Amusingly enough, when I first started using seamless, I kept trying to use photoshop shortcuts(there is more than one bad backspace story here, since backspace in a web browser is like a back button...). Recently, I've used photoshop a couple of times, and been frustrated that the rotation wasn't working properly, only to realize that I was skipping the 'transform' step.

Soon I expect I won't know how to use either program!

P.S. I had started making a wave and cloud pattern the other day, but when I went to save it, I could see flaws, so I tried to go back, which you probably know doesn't work in Seamless!
