Wow. Unbelievable actually. (; Thanks for telling me!
The hardest thing about coming here is going away...

I can't remember for sure. I was looking for something... what was it.. Oh yes! I had been reading a book by one of my fav crochet artists: Jenny Dowde - Freeform Crochet and she mentioned a couple of programs available on line. I looked em over and began to wonder what else was out there. You know how it goes on the net... you find things you're not expecting and one thing leads to another and somehow i ended up here wondering what it was all about and, like you, began coloring... ;) Every one was very nice about leaving positive responses (so much love it freaked me out a little actually.. lol!) but your note just made me feel kind of at home. You seemed genuine and reminded me somehow of myself.

Thank you for asking. I hadn't really realised it until i started thinking it out. Anyway, big doctor's appt tomorrow so i'm off to bed.

as always,
-Dawn

Yep, you got it right, Worf was a lieutenant. Good memory, Dawn!

This is a very friendly place; I am so glad you also find it that way. I love it here. And most people are so good about offering useful advice if you are working on an art project or need help with Photoshop, Illustrator, Seamless or other similar apps.

How did you find COLOURlovers? I came across COLOURlovers when looking for palette creation apps. I signed up, coloured a bit, then forgot about the site for several months. It was the Huesday email reminders that brought me back. Then I met a couple of very friendly people here (Skyblue2u and Cline), learned how to get around better, then...got hooked!

Sigh... :)

Ahhh. Thank you! And, since you are a cat, thank you for not taking offense to me thinking the name was from someone who was half-dog! I remember now.. Lieutenant Worf. Yes... And give Glenna a hug from moi!
take care,
-Dawn

(You were the first to write me a note out here and made an impression that this is kind of a nice place, which it is.. Thank you.)

Oh heck, maybe i just made up the lieutenant thang. I like StarTrek too but am horrible at names.

Worf was the male Klingon on Star Trek, The Next Generation, and he was also in Star Trek DS9. He was an officer aboard the starship, The Enterprise.

"Worf" is what Glenna named me when I was a five week old, blue-eyed, incredibly fluffy, (and quite adorable) orange kitten. She is a Star Trek fan. Glenna comes here from time to time each day to watch me to make sure I behave myself. I get a bit carried away when I meet fellow COLOURlovers who are KaTbabes. I am, after all, a male KaT.

Very rich. i love the way the red sticks out fuzzy like a piece of velvet Worf!
Wait a minute. Is Worf the half man, half dog character John Candy played in SpaceBalls?
