(arroz con leche)

arroz con leche is a typical sweet dessert made I think in Spain and Latin America, basically with white rice, milk, sugar and a bit of lemon and cinnamon to add special mix of flavours. It's something my grandmother use to cook, and today CL - IshakPasha would KILL for a bowl of it, so, I am doing my best, but only came out a palette my dear! (hope it brings you to it but you don't end licking the screen! ;-p)
