Description
This is the fifth palette I present taken from the children's book, Jackieboy in Rainbowland by William L. Hill. It was printed in 1911 and lovingly illustrated by the whimsical Fanny Y. Cory.
This book was my favorite as a child and I think it was a large inspiration for me and my obsession with all things color.
Soft bluebells and airy skies make this palette cooling and free. Supplement with a leathery brown such as:
Jackieboy romps with Mary Ann and Blue Boy.
It was all the older boys could do to keep up with her.
