Dad's glowing X-ray

Description

My dad has three herniated disks in his spine; they've been bad since August of 2006. Deciding that the pain pills are more of a band-aid than a cure, he's been going to various doctors to talk about surgery. It's a scary thing, and those three disks on his X-ray are barely visible. My fingers are crossed; if he sticks with the first doctor, surgery will be March 2008. The nurse asked him to pick his five favourite Mondays so they can schedule an exact time.
