Inspiration

I've always wanted to see a court case in which the airspace over someone's private property falls into debate, so I can know how far into the sky my own authority will reach when I secure a plot of the world to call my own. In the future, when we have to start looking upward to accommodate the population that shows no signs of slowing its catastrophic growth rate, this will likely become the center of ungodly controversy if this isn't brought into question by then.
