i agree. why does all life have to be carbon-based? maybe some things need mercury vapor to survive, or something like that. humans are so self-centered.
It is late.
I always thought that about life on other planets as well. We used to say life couldn't exist on such and such a planet, but what if life required something totally different on another planet. Aliens always seem to have our body shape, one head, two legs, etc. Just saying...
i thought the same thing. we (people) don't know everything! (and dogs aren't talking)
very cool, but I sometimes wonder if science really knows if dogs can't see colors. What if they use something besides cones and rods to see colors?
