Inspiration

When I worked as a cook back in the 20th century, my restaurant had a dish called Salmon Honey...it was easy enough to cook, just broiled salmon topped off with some honey mustard. For some reason, we always called it the "Slammin' Honey" on line, and seeing Baseway's colo(u)r brought that all back to me, so i had to make a palette.
