Dear Friends,
Being the complete perfectionist I am, I searched hundreds possibly thousands of neon colors to find the brightest and most illuminating Fluorescent colors possible; some are my own creation, and some I simply could not improve. I narrowed my choices carefully after studying and comparing numerous hues side by side. I present Neon Palettes 1, 2, and 3 (possibly 4) for your pleasure as I have enjoyed your hard work as well.
