First I would make it a felony to breed a cat or dog. You want a pet you have to rescue one. There are enough abandoned, abused,cold and lonely pets for the whole world. It is also a felony to leave a pet chained outdoors, and of course to harm the pet in any way.
I would invent a drug ( that I would sneak into the worlds water supply) that makes you "feel" what you do or say to another person. True Empathy--If you hate or bully or harm, you get to feel it too. On the flip side, the good things you say and do you get to feel as well. I think people would think twice before being mean and nasty.
I would somehow convince that War over religion is just about the stuped-est thing ever. we are right, they are right, everyones' right. We all are one. I believe that God, Allah , Buddha, Yahwey, Brahma, Krishna, Jehova, Ahura Mazda, Biame, Zeus,Breged, whatever you call it, is one and the same AND HE COMES TO YOU- IN THE WAY YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH. Doesn't that make more sense than you are right and I am wrong? just sayin'........
and most " religions" are quite peaceful if you check, it's just the fundementalist nut jobs that are causing problems, So it is a felony to be a fundementalist nut job too!
oh yeah....and chocolate will have no calories.
