bad about..
go to bed with not that clean face...which means, not clean at all. :)
coffee.. 3 is the dose. trying to make it 2..
wine.. red wine. as with the coffee..trying to change that, because of my dentist, who has to bleach my teeth..
bread... or cakes. carbohydrates make me weak. those are my kryptonite.
and naps.. after eat bread,coffee and so.. im taking so much naps, instead go to the gym.
what can i say? im lazy..

Let's here it for wine, carbs, and unwashed faces: YAY!!! (Though I prefer bourbon instead.) Can't think of a thing you listed that doesn't make all of us feel bad or guilty. I say, keep working on the wine, carbs, and naps. They bring you comfort, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, especially with what you've been and are going through. Now, I have to go get some more coffee. :))))
