Spicy cornbread-and simple
Vegetable Cooking Spray
1 pkg Corn Muffin Mix, about 8 oz
½ cup Picante Sauce
½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 400. Spray 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Prepare corn muffin mix as pkg. directs. Spread half of the batter in prepared pan. Top with the picante sauce and cheese. Spread remaining batter on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 9 servings
