Me, Myself, and I.

I saw somewhere a Five Facts challenge, and I thought I'd take that on. <3


One;

I am a Christian. I'm not ashamed of it, nor am I going to go out and judge everyone. Christ called us to love, not to condemn. So I believe in loving everyone no matter their choices; I believe in being saved by the grace of God alone.

Two;

I love the rain. It is one of my favorite things in the world. Every time it rains I flat out start thanking God for it. It sounds beautiful on the roof, smells beautiful (even when it hits the sidewalks), and is just so calming to me. I guess I love the grey skies, too. I'm not one for bright sunshine!

Three;

I love to read. I can pick up a book at my local library and literally have it finished in as little as an hour. (I also pick out books depending on how interesting the front cover is.) An 80-pager my dad gave me to read was finished in 15 minutes flat. A 300-pager takes me two and a half hours. My problem is reading too fast. I read something and have to go back and re-read it because I've already forgotten.

My favorites are The Great Wide Sea, Blue Like Jazz, The Hunger Games (re-read the whole trilogy three times so far), Maximum Ride, and Changeling. I am currently reading My Name is Mina.

Four;

I am an introvert. Or maybe I'm just nervous around groups of people I don't know. I don't have anxiety problems, thank goodness, but I have a hard time relating to others for some reason. Either way, I tend to stay within my safe little shell until the time arises when I must go out and do something. I do, however, like meeting new people!

Five;

I am saving my first real kiss for my wedding day. Yes; this includes all the other "firsts" that most people have no problem with doing. While I am waiting for my Prince Charming (you know, the man that God has made especially for me!), I'm not interested in having any relationships, either. Friendships are enough; friendships with guys tend to be too awkward for me, too.
