What's in a name?

I scored an early 1950's Sealy hide-a-bed in an odd color red which I am trying- so far unsuccessfully- to match so I can build a color scheme around. I am determined to use things I already have and this includes either pink duck or pale apricot damask vintage curtains.

I can't get a true color in the photo either.
And it is much better looking than the pic.

The green and aqua are my two fave colors these days.
Ideas are always welcome.

Also can't figure out how to change the widths of each color.
