Description
Sopaipillas Pasadas (Yumm!)
Im trying to find the english description for these foods so this is what I found in the Wiki P
It says it's a kind of fried pastry known in almost all South America. The difference with Chilean Sopaipillas is that the dough is made with pumpkin. Also, this Sopaipillas Pasadas are basically "drowned" in a Chancaca Syrup (I think Chancaca is made of cane sugar)
We eat Sopaipillas specially in the winter, when it's really, really cold.
I remember, as a kid, coming home from school and having Sopaipillas for tea time :)
It was the best! :P
