Added on 22 October, 2007 InspirationI was inspired by the lyrics of "The Lady Is A Tramp" (Ella Fitzgerald/Frank Sinatra). When we hear the term 'modern woman' we usually think of a power woman - totally capable, great job, great apartment, high up on the social ladder, etc. I thought of a free-spirited modern woman who is all that, but really just hasn't a care in the world and enjoys the easy, simple life. The dark greys represent her 'power woman' side, and the yellow and greens - her free spirit. DescriptionSubmission for the Weekly Challenge group. Week 5 / Theme: Let's say that someone comes to you and says they want you to design something for them with a "modern" look. What colors does that conjure up in your mind? ![]() ![]() |
