We had an icestorm a few winters ago-- everything, the trees, the walls of houses, the foliage was coated in a layer of frozen glass for six days-- and these are the kind of colors that would reflect in the moonlight.

Living in Florida I don't see much of this any more but from what I remember this looks a bit like frostbite.
