Welcome to RC!
Everything is optional but it's encouraged to post all palettes and patterns using the RC color to the group page - here
And even more optional: to add the tag IFRC (which is used to make the group highlights)
and add the badge for visitors to see. I also like having it because it contains the links I use ( the date to RC group page, the image IF group page, the color..)
