reverbe: Actually I do have some experience - a good friend owned an "upper-class" store that happened to have a corner devoted to diamonds and precious gems. I often calligraphied the appraisals that were given with the purchase of the gems. In the course of doing that, I learned a bit about looping diamonds and what those four c's are *really* all about. *grins* Before that, a diamond was a diamond was a diamond to me. :oP
