Consider the bamboo shoot... it's leaves (like my spirit) are a flag unmoved by most things. But a gentle breeze reminds me to grow, however slowly towards the sky.
Sometimes, love is like that. It creeps up on you and you are surprised by it. You give up simply waving in the breeze and stretch upward to the warm sun. It's a sign that I am giving up simply waving off being content to sit, and am ready to be warmed by the daylight. Not heartbreaking at all, but cautiously hopeful. Jah?
