Added on 29 July, 2007 DescriptionI utterly adore goulash, which I make with vegetarian beef-bits to the recipe from Delia Smith. Smouldering paprika rules the day, with chunks of potato, green peppers and onion in a richly spiced tomato sauce. Top with an embarrasingly generous dollop of greek yogurt.
