The being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. The being a force of nature instead of a feverish and selfish clod of ailments and grieving senses complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.
I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and that as long as I live it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die. For the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got to hold up for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Color is considered one of the most significant design tools for communicating to an audience. On a biological level, colors appeal to our survival instincts. Humans recognize food colors like green or orange, and “danger” color combinations like black and yellow. These colors have deep primal significance, which can be used to a designer’s advantage. Colors also carry psychological significance. Certain ranges of the color wheel evoke emotions from people that couldn’t be solicited in any other fashion. Yet another layer of significance that color contributes to is that of spirituality. From the dawn of civilization through the ages, colors have been ingrained into our belief systems. Colors carry meaning beyond what can be verbally expressed, and as designers, we create, mix, and bend them to communicate more effectively. finally: I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say in any other way—things I had no words for.
