When you are twin like I am you have to pick a color to identify who you are in life. How do we determine which twin is which in childhood pictures? Via color. (Though there are still debates about whether or not I owned the doll in the peach or red get-up.)
Color defines who we are and how we go about our life. It's true, and if you don't believe it think about how you went about selecting the top you are wearing right now.
A little about my palettes:
I take pictures of colors I react to in some meaningful way. Though trained in a traditional photography practice (think Weston or Cunningham), I approach imagery through color. As a result, all of my palettes are derived from color I've captured. I name each palette for the Person or Place that inspired the composition.
