A job in the medical field is always very rewarding like most of us know. Because there is such a growing demand for medical technologists and technicians, it is hard to not get into the workforce as soon as you graduate. Most jobs in the clinical field require intensive theoretical training with years of practical training as well. It does not have to be that way though. If you are passionate about working for the medical field without wanting to commit a lot of your time into the training, then becoming a phlebotomist is a good option for you.
