my name is suzanne and i live in philadelphia. i am an artist/designer/art educator. i have just recently been designing decoupage under glass and have been viewing and collecting images that range from 18th century embroidery to 70's needlepoint to victorian engravings to antique maps to nasa satallite pics of the galaxy and beyond. i love all ranges of color and pattern, bright and muted ranges.
i am also interested in the field of color psychology as delineated by kobayashi in his book "color image scale" and when i found colourlovers i shrieked with joy to find a place to play with colors and name them, since it was like this book came alive.
of course, as with anything new, i feel i have more to learn than contribute at this point. i am so inspired by the work other colourlovers have created!
