Oh, the grandaddy of all questions on the web- who am I:

'm Katelyn Friedson. I'm a San-Diego-born, Boston-educated Product Manager in technology that lives and works in the best city on earth: New York City.

I've spent my entire career in product development, loving the challenges of staying on top of evolving technologies and mastering an applying these to create, implement and manage thoughtful products that solve market problems.

I'm creative technologist- a product visionary, analytical thinker and product experience designer, with a strong technology bent. I'm curious about everything- and passionate about the consumer Internet and product creation.

I discovered early on that I enjoy the strategic elements of product development- and my ability to envision and execute complex tasks is what I do best.

I was the product manager to bring Thumbplay Music to market, a digital music streaming service available on the desktop, web and Android, iPhone and BlackBerry Operating systems.

I'm an agile-enthusiast, google-evangelist; I appreciate clean and simple products with beautiful design, seamless user experience, sophisticated technology, and clever messaging.

My Uncle is an introverted, scientist at Nasa, and my Dad is an extroverted designer and architect in Boston. Me? I like to consider I got the best of both worlds.

My appreciation for colors is like my appreciation for math. I'm an expert at neither, but regard them as the foundation and life-blood of every functional and beautiful object that our eyes can see.
