I do a lot of pixel art, so this is my place to upload some of my most used/more complex palettes for reference for myself and whoever might be interested in my work. I have some palettes that show how I shade specific colors some of the time, some that are color schemes I enjoy and have used in my artwork before, and some that are just for fun/silly. Most of the time if I reference from a photo it's my own work.
Since only 5 colors are allowed per palette, sometimes I have to omit certain shades or combine a couple, but I try to preserve the spirit of the original palette as much as possible. Since pixel art doesn't involve the use of too many shades anyway, this usually isn't too difficult to accomplish.
I especially love to make palettes centered around green, because in my experience I've found green both difficult to shade as well as underused compared to other colors. However, my favorite color is red, especially in tandem with white or beige.
