Thanks to retsof for his full-text, and Polly Frantic for his explanation that it's a song. When I read this text, I rather get the impression that's a recording of a talk from a person with Wernicke's aphasia. Some may claim that they are unanswerable for one's actions, but if your left-hemisphere is ok, it's time to take your responsibility and be a good citizen (that also means abstaining from bad words).
