Well, I've been here a week or so now and I figure that it's time for me to actually set up a profile.

I first came to COLOURlovers in the hopes of finding good palette templates that I could use for finding colors to use in the creation of codes for literate role playing. A rather unusual reason to be here, I would suppose, though there are several others who use the site for this purpose. I've already used a couple of palettes (with full credit to their creators) in codes and am learning how to create my own palettes as well.

The thing that amazes me most about this is that I'm gradually learning how colours work together and what looks good in combination in the patterns on the site. I never thought I had any talent for anything like this at all, but your loves and faves mean the world to me because they are so encouraging! I think CL has just become my favorite social network, thanks to all the wonderful people here!

Now that I'm learning my way around, I'm trying to return the favor more with comments and thanks to everyone who has given so much. You all rock!
