I'm not really sure what to say, I've never been good at talking about myself. I am an artistic person but I think everyone on this site would fall under that. =) I am introspective and highly intuitive. I listen to my intuition alot and am extremely empathetic. So much so, it disrupts my life many times. I didn't much like that I was so sensitive in the past but I treasure this quality now. I have a strong faith in God and that is very important to me. I love art and creative writing. My ultimate dream would be to professionally write some day.

I LOVE this site and am completely addicted! I was guided here by a wonderful person, ajeanne, in a Yahoo group I belong to. I am so grateful she shared this wondrous place with me for I fear I would have never found it otherwise. I love making palettes much more than making patterns. I find making palettes utterly relaxing and making patterns a bit more like work. =) I like gradients as you can tell rather quickly. I want to expand outside my comfort zone though. I absolutely adore the community of ppl who gather here. Everyone is so kind and supportive of each others artistic creations! As an idealist, I have longed to find a place like this. Harmony is everything to me. Harmony in colours, harmony in personalities, harmony in relationships and harmony in communities both large and small. I absolutely love it here!

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have loved my creations enough to fave them. I try very hard to not miss any faves and pass along my gratitude but since I can only see the most recent 5 I'm sure I've missed some along the way. It always bothers me, too. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to fave another ColourLover's work. Most of all though, it means so much to me to know that in some small way I have brought something beautiful to your day and you were kind enough to let me know. It is bothersome to me that I may have missed your fave in my listed 5 and that I was unable to thank you for that. So for any I have missed along the way:

I want to be sure to give you the credit you deserve!! I am so honoured when other members create patterns with my palettes. p.s. I wanted to give the artists that created my picture and avatar the credit they deserve. My picture is "Subversive Beauty" by Luis Royo. He is an incredible fantasy artist. Yep.... I am a fantasy genre geek. =) He mostly does women in his fantasy art but one cannot deny the beauty of the female form and he is so very talented. My avatar comes from an artwork piece called "Effervescence" by Linda Joyce Franks. She is, also, amazing. Again, I'd have to put her in the fantasy genre I suppose. She creates the most beautiful faces I have ever seen.
