I joined because of my web design class. I just like using the colors and seeing how things look with the colors I like.
after having more experience with this site:
Most of my patterns that i color are mostly me clicking random colors on the color bar.. then editing it from there. I like to be spontaneous. i think that the rainbow colors all look good as a group so i also base my color choices on that.
