So we just moved into this house and I am trying to put together our guest room. Upstairs I have three bedrooms and a huge landing I would like them all to flow.

The landing is painted in a grey (gravity) on top, charcoal chair rail, and a pale yellow/cream (lotis flower) on the bottom. It will end up being decorated with my husbands military stuff.

Guest room #1 is already yellow (lemon whip) and doesn't receive too much sun. So the yellow really warms up the room.

Guest room #2 is what I am working on. Here is a picture of the bed comforter, sheets and headboard.

I love the bedspread and would like to use purple(sheets are eggplant) in the room. I am hoping for suggests for a color to paint the wall. I want it to "flow" with the other rooms but I also want things to kind of POP in there (maybe lime green or light teal small accents) It is a warmer room (temp wise). It does have two framed out windows that are 30x60 that are to the right of the bed. But because of the heat that comes in they have thick curtains over them now. I am looking for fabric to sew my own curtains that would sit INSIDE them. I was told I should use a cool color to balance how warm the room gets?
