with wordlink palettes you start with a two-word (or more) colour name. the next colour name has to start with the last word of the colour before it. each colour continues this way to the end. try to make the last word of the last colour the first word of the first colour. this is really hard, though.

oh, and they should be colours you find through "search", not just making up your own and giving them names that work. that's too easy.

look at the group palettes for an example. i can't put it here.

LOL...that's the 2nd time tonight someone posted a new palette while I was in the process of making one. I guess that means I am way too slow for my own good. :D

Maybe we need to start a thread for all the chain rejects...

and so I propose a solution :

The moment someone sees a color they would like to work on as the next link in the chain, post a space saver/reserve something along the lines of :

"I would like to reserve this space for a palette with "color name" whoever wants to continue with the word link chain could i please request you to wait for me to post in the next 15 mins or so...
thank you :)"

Once you've posted the space saver you can work on your palette which takes a fair amount of time to come up with. When the palette's finished you could replace the space saver post with the next-link-in-the-chain palette and color.

How about it?
