palettes patterns and contests

this is a brand new group, hopefully it will be filled with everyone, but mostly it will be for people looking to get their patterns out there and hopefully gain some notification here on colourlovers. if you're interested in joining, please do so!

there will be bi-monthly contests, and all winners will receive banners for their userinfo/profile page as their prize.
