you could not of known how much of a foodie i am :) thanks for the invite. i ate at Petrus - London a while back. the colours were deep, rich, warm and Claret, the name and the theme of the restaurant is based on Chateau Petrus a fantastic wine that i've never had the plesure of trying since its the most expensive vintage in the Chateau collection.
