Palettes that I have had the pleasure of honoring in the forum, The ColourLover Above Me: lulu*'s [w] Ezekiel 25:17: Oh why didn't I find this place sooner!? I love this idea! :) ![]() This was probably the very first this of lulu*'s that I favorited. Love the colors and just how they go together. It is really a work of art. madda's belpaese: ![]() I saw this and I couldn't resist. There were plenty of others that were very close but this one takes the cake! I LOVE it!!! klip's The Shire: ![]() This palette is so soft, yet it has a feeling of power behind. The colors blend perfectly and are amazing. As always there are so many to choose from but I love this and the colors. I definitely appreciate it since it is hard to make a palette like this one. Absolute love for this! nanshan25's squeeze me: Wow! What a selection! With palettes named Earth Wind & Fire and Hello Kitty, it was definitely hard for me to choose a palette. But once I found this one AND saw the widths, I was sold! ![]() The colors, the inspiration picture, the WIDTHS! This palette is beyond amazing! The palette grabs your attention with its colors and just brings the picture to life! These are the kinds of palettes that I want to learn how to make! I having nothing but love for this one! Trixxie's Seasons Change: ![]() Oh wow! I love this! Just seeing it without widths gave me the sense of fall, but all together this is beautiful! My favorite is the burst of purple. It gives the palette a little bit of that extra umph! without taking away its beauty! And coming from a master of bright colors, this palette really shows Trixxie's diversity! ![]() ![]() ![]() WinterLov… WinterLover wrote: 2 Months Ago
Part Two of Palettes that I've had the joy of honoring in The ColourLover Above Me forum: Rosalieart's Just a Fading Memory Now tell me.... WHY doesn't this palette have any LOVE?! I LOVE the emotion in it. It's so hard to explain but you can just see it all in the colors. It really tugs at your heart, and its loaded with pathos and so much more! Love it! I give it ten stars! chakrabird's Reaching For The Day I love it! It's so cute but has a mix of sophistication in it as well! The yellows blending with the blues gives this soft feel and the purple comes in for the punch. Amazing! I love it! Zudora's September: I love seeing the work of new lovers, so this is exciting for me! I chose... ![]() This makes me think of the song by Earth Wind and Fire. I love the mix of the yellow, orange, and blue. It's kind of unexpected, but very pleasant. This is a feel good palette in my opinion. Great job! Podesta's Reminiscence: AHH!! There is so much of Podesta's work that I love and haven't been able to talk about it. I just really like your style, Podesta. So here is my little tribute. Ahem... ![]() This palette to me capitalizes on one thing Podesta does very well, which is capture moments in palettes. There is just so much age as in the means of wisdom and knowledge packed into this palette that it immediately draws me in. It makes me think of times in the past. It evokes feelings and I love palettes that do that. This one really does describe the title and it's a pleasure to look at. Great job Podesta! Keep on making those great palettes! Rosalieart's WinterFlame: Sax on the Field (love that name) was a very very close second, but this one had me. ![]() I just love the mix of cool vs. warm, light vs. dark. And plus it's about WINTER! :) The two best things from this season are involved in this palette and it almost seems as if the colors play with each other. Oranges and blue were definitely meant to be together and this palette is a perfect example of why. Wonderful job, Rosalieart! ![]() ![]() ![]() WinterLov… WinterLover wrote: 1 week ago
Part Three for The ColourLover Above Me forum: Miss Anthropy's [p] Stuck in a Rut: So before I talk about this palette I must say this. If you haven't looked through Miss Anthropy's palettes, stop whatever you are doing and run to her palette section. Each palette is truly art. ![]() Especially this one. I just love the imagery of it. There were so many others but I chose this one because of the lack of love it had. I mean, who can't love the mix of deep greenish blues with the dusty rosy pink and the greens morphing into grays? Truly, I enjoy this palette because the colors are so well coordinated and this piece is very original. :) ![]() ![]() |
