![]() Displaying palettes with widths ![]() ![]() _stefan _stefan wrote: 4 Jan, 2008
I've tried a little to figure out how to display palettes with their real widths. These are my results:
in love but lazy
Coyote
offbeat
Fashion Mob
2007
Theoretical Sports
manifeste modernisme
future sound of elks
Here is the trick: First you choose Widths at the palettes profile page, then you choose the palette-image to expand it. Now you choose the expanded images address (in Windows-systems this works with the right mouse button, might be something with Click + Control on Mac? Dunno ...). Now you get this for example: http://www.colourlovers.com/paletteImgDetail/1680/859/4DCFF0/FFFB00/D41200/450517/FF0000/manifeste_modernisme.png?cPW=MC4zNCwwLjAzLDAuMTEsMC4wMywwLjQ5 To change the size you change the first two numbers in the address, the first is the width the second the height, but it's a little illogical for small numbers. I've choosen 350 x 220 which in fact gives me an 200 x 70 pixel image. Strange but it works :) Here we go: http://www.colourlovers.com/paletteImgDetail/350/220/4DCFF0/FFFB00/D41200/450517/FF0000/manifeste_modernisme.png?cPW=MC4zNCwwLjAzLDAuMTEsMC4wMywwLjQ5 Now you can embed this image via HTML with the img-tag.
It's a bit cumbersome but at least it works. To see the HTML-code choose Reply. Good luck! :) ![]() ![]() ![]() groutboy groutboy wrote: 4 Jan, 2008

Ausgezeichnet Stefan! Thanks for the suggestions and for figuring that out for us.
