Deleting Pallets, Patterns or Colors
You cannot delete a palette, pattern or color once it has been created. But you can change it in any way you like by editing it - see below. If you find that the badge or thumbnail does not change to show how you have modified the palette or pattern - hang in there - it does change, but not always immediately. How to edit an existing palette or pattern Once you have created a palette or pattern, you can still change it. You can only edit your own work. Go to the palette's or pattern's page. Click on the "Edit" button at the top right of the page. The page that opens will allow you to change the title, or re-mix the colors. You can add it to a Group, or edit the rest of the information such as its inspiration link etc. When you are done, click on the "modify" button at the bottom of the page But the thumbnail and badge stays the same even if I modify it :( If you find that the badge or thumbnail does not change to show how you have modified the palette or pattern - hang in there - it does change, but not always immediately. Editing a color You have more limited editing powers with colors: You can only change its title, not the color itself. Be careful when changing a color's name however, as someone else may have used it in their palette because it has a specific name. You can check that by looking at the list of palettes on that color's page. You cannot edit a color once it has been created. But you can assign different colors to an existing palette or pattern. ![]() ![]() |
