Sharing the Love

When someone comments on my page with a love or favourite for one of my designs, how do I say thank you and link it to the image as I see everyone else doing?

The only thing I know is the 'grab this badge'-code at the right of the palette/pattern/color. Once you put this code in the comment and post it, it will show as a picture of the thing.
But I don't know how to get different shapes of them, like some people have.
