My new favorite thing to do is create palettes based on recipes. I love food! Who doesn't? We each have our favorite foods & favorite recipes. Let's share!!
Goal:
1. Make a palette based on food items; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, desserts, etc
2. Include a recipe
3. Include a TAG (RPF) on your palette, color, pattern to link your creation to this group & remember to click the Recipe Palette Fun box before saving!
4. You're welcome to add your creation to the Discussion threads

Not sure how to go about sharing badge link,
or making one for each color challenge, so
you can save the group badge @ photobucket
or some where and just copy and paste that code
with your palette/colors.
RECIPE PALETTE FUN CHALLENGE (rules):
1. There will be a chosen color posted along with a badge code in the RECIPE PALETTE FUN CHALLENGE thread.
2. This challenge runs Monday-Friday (sometimes a Saturday color is chose, if I have time)
3. Challenge color will have a 'title' but you do not have to stick to that title; you may create any food relate palette that comes to mind when you view that color. In other words, if the color is "limey" your recipe/palette does not have to be about limes. Maybe when you see lime green, you think of something else.
4. Include an image & recipe (strongly encouraged) with your newly created palette & post your challenge entry into the
Recipe Palette Fun Challenge thread for quick viewing (and it's colorful).
5. There are two tags on each challenge (RPF, RPF##), be sure
to include both. ## will be the number of the challenge which appears on each new badge.
6. List of past colors are posted in the List of Challenge Colors thread. You are welcomed to use them at any time, of course.

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups white sugar
8 cups water
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
Directions
1.In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
2.Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.
