Hi- I purchased Seamless Studio and have been using it without a problem, however I updated as prompted (Adobe Air) and now Seamless Studio is telling me that I have a Trial Version and to enter my license key. I don't remember what I did with that information- what do I need to do to get this corrected?

Starting to feel like this issue doesn't matter since you all already have my money. I would really appreciate a response. I figured Admin or Support checked this Discussion Board since it's labeled BUGS.

Hi she HEARTS,
I was just poking around the threads, and noticed yours. I had the same thing happen. I didn't make the connection with my AIR update, but that was probably it. Just re-enter your license key and everything goes back to normal. It definitely wigged me out for a sec, there.

Same thing happened to me tonight all. I re-entered the license key as mentioned above by Penina, but for some darn reason, when I attempt to upload a pattern to colourlovers, it instead forwards me to a dead page. I really wish it worked. Really Really Really and it seems like there's just no one to ask. Probably just some little bug that could be easily fixed if I only knew what's going on..

Edit: Ok, I am able to upload patterns after digging out my license key, so I guess it's ok? I think you oughta put up some kinda sticky notice though.

I can't find my license key... :( I've been searching through my files but can't seem to find it anywhere- wish I had written it down on an actual sheet of paper now. Anyone in Admin have suggestions for me on how I can find out what my license key is?

GAH! I'm SO excited- thank god I found an email where they had sent the license key to me when I bought way back when. I can't even begin to say how HAPPY I am that I found it- I've been stressing. :)

I've been having similar issues with SS. I've purchased it twice, have 3 keys, and have called twice. My keys will open SS, but will NOT activate the program. I can't click on anything. It won't even close the program in the correct way. Like was said above, I guess no one cares about our programs working correctly since
they, admin has our money.

i too have emailed administration repeatedly about this issue. with absolutely no response ! i cant afford to keep buying SS, im poor, disabled, living on social security. i really miss this creative outlet; i used it a lot and theres a big hole in my life,now. my last email almost begged them to please let me know something. do memberships expire after a year ?? i couldnt find any indication of that in the description.

Seamless for Windows with Internet Explorer FIXED for me!!!

I had been having problems with Seamless Studios - crashing and then not activating after a re-installation. I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer for my browser. I just downloaded the new IE 9 and saw it included a fix for VSS applications. I crossed my fingers, and was able to install Seamless, make a template, upload it and didn't have any problems! YAY!!
