It worked once for me, and then...

Whenever I attach an image and click to pixelate it, then click to use a color--it just shows up black in my palette. Am I doing something wrong? Does the formatting of the picture matter...? PNG, GIF? Does anyone else have this problem, or am I clicking challenged?

i have the same problem with some images, posted 2 weeks ago and still no solution... it seems like some of the pictures pixelate in black only on a special occasion or something.
i would also love to be able to delete the attached images, i really don't need all of them loading... and loading... when i try to link to them in palette description, so delete button would be great :)

Could you post a link to one of the pictures that's not working?

i remember having problems with this one. it's working now, but it wasn't after it was first uploaded.

No problems here; worked on my first try. Which browser are you using?

It doesn't work for me on FireFox or Internet Explorer.
