So, up in the top left of the site we show how many people are browsing for color love at any given time. We also show the record of the most people on the site at once. For more than a year that record was stuck at 1991.

(That huge spike was caused by an article in our blog hitting the homepage of Digg.com and a flood of their users came over.)

Lovers have commented a few times about trying to rally together as a group to try and break that record and bring us out of the 1990s. (Not a bad decade)

Well, tonight you all surged right past the 1990s and ended up in the 2300s. All your colors will be delivered on hover-boards now and your shoes will auto-inflate to fit your feet.

*The most exciting thing about this for Chris and I is that we didn't even notice... Meaning, our recent investment into bigger servers that we thought would help out... really did pay off. We went over 2,000 and things didn't slow down all that much on the servers*

BTW, I do hope one of the gifts you give us is removing the 5 heart rating. It is damaging to this sites community of loving, believe it or not. There are so many stories of users who are hurt by what they percieve as intentional "pain" by having splendid work voted with low hearts without a reason why. My suggestion is to change the functionality to your intention of these 5 hearts or remove it all together.

Until then, I ask for those who support this idea to Boycott 5 Hearts to render it useless until a better idea is supported and implemented.
