Hello everyone! I am a new user and am looking for some advice on a color palette. I'm designing for a fictional company called Twilight Candleworks (I'm a student) and completely torn when it comes to their colors. On one hand, it's a soy-based candle company that is very nature-oriented and I'm drawn to a soft, natural palette with one or two really rich, dark colors like a wine or chocolate brown. On the other hand, the entire feel I have so far is very sensual and sexy, like mostly dark browns and blacks with a few bright, saturated colors like really dark hot pink or lime green. Any thoughts on - a) which palette you think is more appropriate and b) suggestions of specific color combinations - would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The second set, with brown, black, and the brights was honestly my first thought when I heard the "twilight" part of the name. I saw trees and a landscape against a twilight sky, sunset almost.

I'd think about sticking to maybe a dark brown or dark navy, just because they'd be something different and stylish, and then picking some brights you might actually see in the sky, only more intense. :)

That's my thinking, anyway! :)

My sincerest apologies for not posting this in the proper place but the "bugs" thread is not letting me post.

For some reason a whole heap of stuff doesn't seem to be working properly. Noone's palettes/patterns are showing up on their profiles, just the bio and recent comments, I can't edit anything and none of the drop down menus are working.

Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?

I just love this. The peachy colours look so calming and serene and then there's the grey and the turquoise which gives off a 50's feel (which I just love on its own). It's a perfect colour palette for this summer.
