Using the trial, I tried to upload templates I created to CL and it would not let me upload anything...

well , then your cript settings are blocking all , also you need too change your internet options too. go into the private tab in yout internet options ,click on advanced so too , click on override and at the bottm it will sayALLWAYS ALLOW SESISON COKIES. refresh your intnet and then try it..
