Dear all:
I recently tried to update my profile photo as per usual, but something has gone wrong! I've done everything I can to upload a new one, but the CL site does not seem to be accepting anything.

I even tried to change it back to the photo I had previously, still nothing. The only message I get is "nothing to see here!" at the resize profile photo page.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What can I do to help myself?

I've tried to contact the CL admin about this bug but have received no word as of yet. I'm really worried as it just looks terrible on my page without a profile pic. I've been here for years and know how to use this site!

Ive been having this same issue for a few weeks now. I just gave up. it got annoying.

I'm not giving up yet! Where there's a will, there's a way. I've been a CL member for many years and I won't be let down. I *need* my profile photo BACK SOON! Even if I have to get my old one returned, I don't mind. :-D

One thing I tried: I attempted to load a new profile photo using different browsers all to no avail. It seems that this is definitely a CL glitch/bug. I noticed that there are many users without profile pics now. It's really made me very upset as I used to come to the site daily to relax and like to update my profile photo as part of the creative vibe. I'm now regretting trying to change it. The last time I updated was over the summer. So this must be going on for some time. I've sent out notices and Twitter messages to as many CL contacts as I can manage. I'm hoping for the best.

Looks like there is someone from the CL working on this issue for awhile now. It's been a month since the last update, but I'm sure we'll hear from them again soon. I found out more here:
