Please can i have some help with colour for online estate agents

Hi,
I am in the final stages of starting an online estate agency (real estate) business and really need some help with coming up with a colour scheme. I have trying to figure out what to use for over a month now, and am getting bogged down with it - i was never very good at this sort of thing.

I have a few requirements to satisfy, listed here in order of priority.

1. The colours need to work on both website and for sale board.
2. The colours must be highly visible on a board. High contrast, stand out against typical surroundings.
3. To be Attractive.
4. Proffesional
5. Appeal to broad range of customers (doesnt look cheap and cheerfull, doesnt look expensive)
6. Perhaps to make use of dark brown (as this colour ties in with the name)

I think it might be impossible to satisfy all these requirements, but perhaps with some help i could get close.

Many thanks.

Having tried these colours out in my design, i was wondering if there might be an alternative colour for the mustard?

no prob, how about these?
green's an option
or a soft brown
maybe a light night
a refined wine
a blue one?
a trusting brick?
