I am rebruilding the website of Carbone Casual, a fashion brand for women and kids.

I need some colour advice because i find it hard to find colours that are timeless and neutral and still speaking for the brand.

I realy want to use the beiges from the logo.

I would really appreciate some suggestioins :D

Kind Regards

Maybe you could post a link to the logo? Describe the clothes a bit more?

yes a link to the existing web site or the logo would help give a reference of what you are starting with.

I found it: Carbone Casual, and I do like the brown/beige in the logo very much.

I think if you stuck with a wider range of values in that core brown/beige it would be a start. The pink just doesn't seem to work with the clothes very well. The one black reverse page is just too overpowering.

I guess those beiges seem neutral and timeless to me. Maybe introduce some other of the core earthly colors into the type and other elements. A washed denim sort of blue might work in small doses?

How about using some of the "look" in the clothing for your navigation buttons? They look like clothes for fun? You could introduce some color that way but it looks like the line is fairly light throughout or are seasonal colors darker in Fall and Winter?

from the web page; i myself love dark backgrounds, but as we all know, most people don't....

so i kept the same beiges, but would lighten the background & then i added a girly (lol) type color
pink for little girls & mauve for grown women - pretty much the same color but different shade

Carbone Casual

The website is very old so I cant really show you any womens clothing, but II think the Kids gallery is pretty up to date for inspiration..

The brand is growing strongly.

Keywords are:

- Fashionable
- Joyfull, Colourfull
- Representative
- Quality
- Neat

Plz have a look and let me know what you think.

NOTE: this is not what it is gonna be but the old version of the website!

Regards :)

Thanks! Not sure about the first three considering the context, but I love the 4th Vergil! It goes very well with the brand and suits both boys and girls/women. Also its pretty neutral and timless. This is very important because in the final design photo's must make it up to dat fashionable.

Once again, thanks:D

I might replace the Hazy colour for a colour somewhat more black :) And use it as a neat accent colour!

Thanks alot for your advice, I think you made a good point with the denim blue and the timless part. Plz see what I wrote as a reply on manekindo. That is how I am gona do it..

I post a preview here for you to critisize :D

@timaarts: Go to your palette page. Under "About This Palette" you'll see a field called "Share This Palette Badge". Copy all the information under this heading (Note: it's longer than just what's shown on the screen), and paste that into any conversation where you want the palette to appear.

Here's a great place to find more info like this: Sharing the Love

I like your Carbone palette, by the way.
