Many of the creations here are not for commercial use; are you going to check the license for every palette that is submitted before you sell the products?
Personally, if someone were to submit one of my palettes, I wouldn't want you to create products from it and sell them. I work hard on every single one of my palettes and I don't make them so that others can profit from them. What will you do to make sure that people like me don't have our work used?

I'm getting the feeling that he doesn't because I doubt he would allow a collab to be announced in this manner.
You even used the CL logo in your blog post. You're setting yourself up for a giant lawsuit. x_x
Please think twice about this.

Thank you Toffee for your ideas. I thinked about single user copyright infringement but evidently was not enough.
So I add a line in my announcement: "At the end of your creation name the palette:"panelscape palette", save it and publish". With this name in the project URL I'm pretty sure there will not be stolen palettes. Are you agree with me?

Thank you OrigamiMei and GabsGiggles for your advices that fairly scared me.
I'm an artist and not an enterpriser: I found your community and society6 very interesting and this project is a personal experimet to join them, and YES I would make some ( little ) money from this idea. Please help me to contact Darius, in the meantime I discontinue the project.
